Help with walking, transfers, and fall prevention. Provide conversation, encouragement, and emotional support. Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and everyday routines. Support clients experiencing memory challenges. Provide compassionate comfort and dignity. Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team. Reliable transportation to client assignments. Working phone. Authorized to work in the United States. Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month. Willingness to complete required orientation and training. Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Willingness to complete background and reference checks.
