Senior Director of AI Security

Key responsibilities: Build and lead a world-class organization of engineering managers and research scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence Define the multi-year technical strategy for AI security systems, setting clear objectives and success metrics Drive the delivery of autonomous defense systems and ensure the integration of advanced AI capabilities into the Falcon platform

Required qualifications: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field 15+ years of industry experience in software engineering, machine learning, or security engineering, including 8+ years in management roles Proven experience in building AI and security systems for production environments at both endpoint and cloud scale Strong technical depth in modern AI, including large language models and agentic architectures Significant experience in security domains such as detection and response, threat hunting, and adversary tradecraft
