House Lead

House Lead The House Lead position is safety sensitive, salary exempt. The House Lead is responsible for the one residence, the employees working within the residence, and the program participants residing in the residence who have intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities, assuring the facility operates in an efficient & effective manner. The House Lead is additionally responsible for scheduling, taking clients to appointments, being on call, covering shifts, maintaining Therap, File maker, Quickmar, Itherapy, teaching and training the staff in the residence you oversee. The House Lead oversees coordination and implementation of the Individual Service Plans (ISP), Behavioral Support Plan (BSP), Teaching Support & Strategies (TSS) & Healthcare/Crisis Plans for the program participants receiving services, provides behavioral support daily and in times of crisis, is part of the crisis team, supervises and trains employees at the residence, etc. The House Lead is an essential employee and responsible for the additional duties as listed below and/or assigned:
