Senior Tax Manager (Hybrid) – Income, Transaction & Property

Forged Fiber is seeking a Principal Tax Manager to lead the tax function across income, transaction, and property taxes. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements. The role oversees tax provision processes, audits, planning, and scalable tax controls to support a growing fiber infrastructure business. Hybrid work in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX and Denver, CO is available.
