Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)We are hiring for an HR Generalist to support a 140-employee manufacturing facility in Pompano Beach and provides employee relations support to a second 130-employee facility (quarterly travel). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, partnering with managers, and taking on whatever the day requires.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the go-to HR partner for the local management team
- Handle employee relations matters, with a strong focus on attendance and policy issues
- Lead weekly new hire orientation and onboarding
- Provide day-to-day employee support and answer HR questions
- Manage HR administrative work and keep records accurate in the HRISSupport ER needs at a second manufacturing location, including quarterly onsite visits
- What You BringHR Generalist or Specialist experience with solid employee relations exposure
- Experience in a manufacturing, hourly, or blue-collar environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)A "no job is too small" mindset and comfort with a high volume of admin work
- Paycom experience is a plus
