Max Hourly Rate: $45.52 Pay Comments:  W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Background screening required

Key Responsibilities: Review and accurately process lease invoices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Perform and meticulously review landlord reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Provide day-to-day finance support for the lease portfolio, ensuring smooth operations. Interact regularly with business partners in finance, accounting, and external landlords. Handle and interpret large data sets to support financial analysis and decision-making. Manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in a financial role, with a strong preference for candidates within this range. Experience with ERP systems. Proven experience dealing with landlords and third-party vendors. Demonstrated experience in payment processing or accounts payable. Strong ability to handle and interpret large data sets. Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate experience.

Nice-to-Have: Qualifications Any prior lease experience. Real Estate experience.
