Responsibilities include overseeing external and internal communications, media relations, executive messaging, content development, and crisis response. The role will build and mentor a high-performing communications team, establish metrics for communications initiatives, and lead media and analyst relations. The Vice President will also partner with finance, legal, and investor relations teams on financial communications and IPO readiness. Candidates should have at least 12 years of senior corporate communications experience, ideally in technology or SaaS, including work through periods of rapid growth, transformation, or crisis. Experience developing global communications strategies, leading IPO communications, and advising C-suite executives is required. Strong writing, verbal communication, narrative development, crisis management, and team leadership skills are essential.
