Work Environment: As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will work onsite in our outpatient clinic, equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and tools. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth initial evaluations to identify patients' mobility impairments, strengths, and rehabilitation needs. Design, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans that leverage a range of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like electrical stimulation or ultrasound, to maximize recovery outcomes. Facilitate patient education sessions focused on injury prevention, effective exercise strategies, and post-rehabilitation self-management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to enhance patient care and treatment efficacy. Regularly assess progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal progression toward recovery goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards to demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions and to support potential insurance claims. Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with various age groups, ensuring a tailored approach to each patient's recovery journey. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. An active or eligible license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Nevada. A strong dedication to delivering high-quality patient care with an emphasis on client satisfaction.

Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment and treatment techniques. Experience with documentation and compliance standards relevant to physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits: Perfect Balance Rehab Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
