Apartment Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with occasional Saturdays depending on property needs.

What You’ll Be Doing: Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely manner Assist with General repairs, plumbing work, fixing broken fixtures, electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repair (including refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and other household appliances), painting, cleaning, and preparing units for new residents Support landscaping and general property upkeep Ensure compliance with safety standards and property guidelines Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2+ years property management Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong communication and reliability Ability to work independently and stay organized Physically able to lift, move, and work in outdoor conditions Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities
