What You’ll Do: Batch ready-mix concrete as efficiently and accurately as possible Load mixers and coordinate incoming materials Order, monitor, and maintain inventory of materials needed at the batch plant Receive and verify material deliveries, including signing vendor delivery invoices Communicate promptly with Dispatch and the Plant Manager about any issues that could affect production Inspect and help maintain belts, equipment, and other plant components Complete a weekly report documenting inspections and maintenance activities Work as part of a team to keep plant operations running smoothly
