Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed PTImplement and support individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Foster student progress toward greater functional independence within the educational environment
- Maintain accurate documentation for all services provided, aligned with district guidelines
- Work closely with physical therapists, special education staff, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP processes, contributing to evaluations and meetings as needed
- Travel to multiple school locations regularly within the district
