Merchandiser - Sales

The Sales Associate / Merchandiser will support the sales and merchandising activities of the cotton mill by coordinating with customers, sales teams, production, quality, planning, and logistics departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. The position will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, quotations, order follow-up, production status, quality requirements, documentation, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of agricultural markets, manufacturing processes, customer service, and order management.
