Store Operations Manager - Customer Service & Inventory Management

Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000 yearly (based on experience)

The Role: The Store Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of our two store locations. This position leads a small, close-knit team of Store Associates and Assistant Store Managers while owning store operations, inventory management, personnel, and customer experience. This is a working leadership role. Our managers lead by example and work alongside their team - whether that means helping customers, assisting with daily tasks, operating equipment, organizing products, or stepping in wherever needed. The right person enjoys leading people, improving processes, creating structure, and taking ownership of their department.
