Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to their needs. Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive patient management. Document patient information accurately in medical records, adhering to regulatory standards.

Work Environment: The role is based in hospital medical-surgical units, where RNs care for patients with diverse medical needs. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
