Facilities Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise daily facilities operations, including mailroom, conference rooms, pantry services, office maintenance, and workplace support. Lead and mentor 1-2 facilities team members. Coordinate office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and vendor relationships. Conduct facility inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. Support office technology, including AV systems, video conferencing, building access, security, and building management systems (BMS).Provide support for meetings, events, and business continuity initiatives. Assist with facilities projects, budgeting, procurement, service contracts, and vendor oversight. Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, fire/life safety, and other critical building systems.

Qualifications: 5+ years of facilities, workplace operations, or office services experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with vendors, facilities projects, and office technology systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to occasionally support after-hours or weekend needs.
