Looking to get into real estate but not sure where to start? Or already licensed and want hands-on experience without the pressure of building a full client pipeline yet? Ani Real Estate is looking for reliable, motivated Showing Assistants to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity to learn the business, gain real experience, and grow into a full-time broker role.
What You'll Do:
- Show homes to buyers and renters
- Support lead agents with client tours and scheduling
- Provide feedback after showings
- Deliver a professional and positive client experience
- Learn the flow of real estate transactions in real time
What We're Looking For:
- Illinois Real Estate License required
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be needed)
- Punctual, organized, and dependable
