SVP Product Manager | ETF | Financial Services

I’m working on an exciting Senior ETF Product Management opportunity with a leading global financial services organisation. This is a high-impact role within an ETF Services business, focused on shaping product strategy, driving platform enhancements, and supporting the end-to-end ETF ecosystem. The role will suit someone who can combine deep ETF knowledge with strong product execution — someone comfortable managing complex product backlogs, working closely with users, making trade-off decisions, and partnering across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Operations, and Product teams. Key areas of focus include: • Leading product management and strategy for complex ETF-related initiatives • Developing new products, services, and technology to support ETF workflows • Contributing to major platform features, specs, and roadmap decisions • Using customer insights, market knowledge, and data to inform product priorities • Positioning ETF capabilities for different client segments • Supporting business development through demos, user materials, and client-facing product expertise • Mentoring junior product owners and helping drive product discipline across the team
