Our team includes:
Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Speech Therapists, supporting veterans and active duty families, seniors, and children and adults with special needs.
Position Duties:
- Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions, and changes.
- Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
- Provide one-to-one care for pediatric and dependent adult patients with a G-tube.
- Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums.

Requirements:
Must have a current CA LVN license.
Must have current CPR certification.
