Apply for this role →Supervising a team of accountants, the full-time Georgia Licensed Client GL Supervisor will oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements for condominium and homeowners associations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and departmental policies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise daily functions of the accounting team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards in financial reporting
Communicate with team members and leadership to meet client expectations and ensure timely completion of financial statements
Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for staff, addressing any internal and external issues that arise
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
Minimum of five years of general ledger accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Experience in property management, real estate, and/or residential management
CAM license and CPA certification are a plus
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
