Position Summary:
As a Collision Estimator, you'll be a key member of our Collision Center team, helping customers through the repair process while working closely with insurance companies and technicians. Your expertise and customer-first approach will contribute directly to our reputation for quality, customer satisfaction, and continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates. Identify both visible and hidden damage. Utilize industry-standard estimating software. Communicate repair procedures and costs with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians. Coordinate repairs to ensure an efficient and timely repair process. Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and customers. Stay current with evolving vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry standards through ongoing training. Comply with all applicable state laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced collision repair facility. Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, structural repairs, vehicle systems, and estimating practices. Experience with collision estimating software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
