Real-Time RCI Reservoir Engineer & Geomechanics Lead

Pro Frac in Texas seeks a Reservoir Engineer/Geomechanics Lead to steer the Reservoir Contact Index (RCI) development within Machina. You will own real-time, basin-calibrated methods and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deploy product-ready diagnostics. The role demands expertise in reservoir engineering, geomechanics, micro seismic data interpretation, and Bayesian modeling, with experience translating research into deployed capabilities. Travel may be required.
