Senior Counsel, Media Distribution & Negotiations

Paramount is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the Law Department, supporting the U.S. Distribution group. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of distribution agreements across linear, VOD and streaming platforms, and guide more junior attorneys in complex negotiations. The role demands deep contract and corporate law knowledge, the ability to distill information for clients, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, with collaboration across USD and Paramount executives.
