Concierge Home Health Nurse | Full-Time, Autonomy & Growth

Everguide Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as the clinical backbone of our care pod. You will travel to members' homes, translate physician directions into action, and own how you show up for them with autonomy and careful judgment. You will build lasting relationships with a small member panel, coordinate care with specialists, perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing, and document data in the EHR while advancing preventive health plans over time.
