Educates patients on financial resources, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures thorough documentation of all interactions and arrangements.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalentrequired. College degree or related courseworkpreferred
Experience:
3+ years of experience in patient financial counseling or account management. Expertise in insurance verification and explaining patient benefits. Experience coordinating payment plans and financial assistance programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and patient privacy standards.
