Private Equity Fund Accounting Director

The Role: You’ll oversee and drive the delivery of private equity fund accounting services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include: Managing closed-end fund accounting processes, including capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and financial statement preparation Overseeing fee calculations, P&L allocations, waterfall models, and IRR reporting Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact Leading and mentoring a team of up to 10 accounting professionals, ensuring workflows are efficient and well-controlled Managing audits, client onboarding, and fund transitions Continuously improving processes, systems, and team performance to maintain best-in-class service standards
