Nurse Practitioner: Dementia Care, Travel & High Earnings

Guidestar Eldercare in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to address dementia and neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. You will enjoy private practice autonomy with a defined caseload, supported by corporate clinical leadership and in-house scheduling, coding, and billing. Travel daily to facilities, perform initial evaluations, therapy, cognitive testing, and documentation, while building strong relationships with patients and families.
