Your New RoleAs an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice in the Raleigh, NC area, you'll gain hands-on experience in HVAC installation, working under the guidance of expert technicians. What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the installation of residential HVAC systems
- Learning industry safety protocols and best practices
- Working with senior technicians to understand HVAC components and system setups
- Preparing, inspecting, and testing HVAC systems for proper functionality
- Keeping tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
- Communicating professionally with customers under supervision
- Participating in ongoing training to develop your skills

High school diploma or GEDStrong desire to learn and build a career in HVACPhysically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces

Some experience in a technical trade or current trade school enrollment
Must have a valid driver's license, clean background check, and pass a drug screen
