Senior Director, NPI Programs (GaN & SiC Power)

Navitas Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Director of NPI Program Management to lead our most critical new product introductions across GaN and SiC portfolios. This is an active, hands‑on leadership role owning programs end‑to‑end from concept through device qualification and production ramp. You will build and mentor the broader NPI organization, drive capacity planning, and champion margin improvement initiatives with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to optimize profitability.
