Assistant Manager — Lead a High-Energy Team & Drive Results

The Sonic Drive-In in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will lead a team to deliver quality food, maintain a clean, safe, and efficient guest experience, and model a Fair, Firm, Fun leadership style. You will assist with staffing, training, coaching, and developing team members, while helping manage the drive-in's profit and loss and ensuring compliance with all laws and Sonic standards.
