Director, Solar Installer Partnerships & Growth

The Adkins Group is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead installer engagement and vetting as the solar group-buying program expands across new regions. You will build and manage relationships with installers, ensure contractual alignment, and share best practices with the national team. You will travel throughout the United States to meet installers on-site, drive process improvements, optimize the customer journey, and aim for higher conversion while reducing cancellations.
