Paramedic Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 upcoming major holidays, which include: Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Year's Eve/New Year's Day If the contract falls over only 2 of these holidays, the traveler will be expected to work 1 of the 2 holidays. Please do not request more than 1 holiday off. The Paramedic will respond to EMS calls and perform a variety of functions related to the care and treatment of patients experiencing urgent and emergent health issues, in accordance with the appropriate rules, regulations, and protocols as set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Health EMS Act and scope of practice. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. PA EMT State LicenseNREMTBLSACLSPALSExperience with EPIC is required. Maximum requested time off (RTO) is 7 days. Availability to work weekends as needed. Floating requirements are not applicable. Care for COVID patients may be necessary. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free; please inform the traveler prior to submission. Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess fit, and upon passing, will be referred to the manager for a final interview decision. Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
