Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities: • Advise leadership on HR matters including talent, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.• Drive HR projects and initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams to meet business goals.• Support organizational and culture changes through talent development, employee engagement, and people strategy initiatives.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.• 3+ years of HR experience in a business setting.• Project management and HR business partner experience.
