The physician will manage medically complex patients transitioning through postacute recovery, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and enjoy structured daytime hours supported by dedicated night call coverage. This role offers strong autonomy, mentorship, and a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications:
- Boardcertified in PM&R, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Delaware medical license and DEAExperience in inpatient rehab or postacute care
- Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
- Comfort managing medically complex patients
- Interest in leadership development opportunities
