Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical Engineer to support mechanical equipment and mechanical integrity needs for a chemical plant. Profit share, strong 401k, 9/80 schedule. This role reports directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for equipment health and related PSM issues. Manage inspections and repairs of mechanical equipment (vessels, piping, relief devices, corrosion under insulation (CUI) program Manage the plant fire protection program and test/maintain SISCoordinate management of change (MOC) and process hazards analysis Direct risk assessment techniques Lead, facilitate, or participate in plant incident investigations and conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA)Provide training to plant personnel regarding mechanical integrity and related process safety Initiate and manage projects related to mechanical integritysupport fixed and rotating equipment
