Skate Crew

Key Responsibilities: Skate onto the ice during scheduled stoppages of play to shovel and remove ice shavings and snow buildup quickly and efficiently. Maintain awareness of your surroundings, including players, officials, other crew members, and ice resurfacing machines. Help ensure the playing surface meets the expectations and standards of the teams and officials. Remain focused on the task at hand and avoid being distracted by the crowd or in-game environment. Follow all direction from Ice Operations and Game Day Supervisors. Use your own hockey skates (preferred), or arena-issued skates if needed.

Strong awareness and discipline to stay focused during high-energy games. Comfortable performing in front of large crowds and in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team. Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to the full game schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
