Join a leading global alternative investment firm's Operations team in Stamford, CT, supporting trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting across equities, derivatives, bonds, FX, futures, and digital assets globally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily equities, options, CFDs, swaps, and FX transactions to reduce operational risk
  • Ensure timely trade settlement by identifying and resolving breaks
  • Verify positions against prime brokers and swap providers
  • Liaise with PMs, traders, counterparties, and control teams on trade/settlement/compliance issues
  • Process corporate actions and manage related FX exposure
  • Provide middle-office support across trade bookings, verification, and P&LRequirements:
  • Open to fresh graduates through candidates with up to 6 years of experience at a financial institution or hedge fund
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, math, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Compensation: Analyst (0-2 yrs): $90K-$115K base
Associate (3-6 yrs): $120K-$150K base
