What you will bring: At least 10 years of relevant experience in technology recruitment, engineering talent acquisition, and career development with demonstrated engineering hiring and talent development outcomes. Direct experience recruiting for and devloping talent in major US technology companies recognized for engineering excellence. Familiarity with roles, seniority expectations, and recruitment practices across AI, cybersecurity, and Dev Ops. A demonstrated track record of helping engineering candidates strengthen their positioning, secure interviews, and progress through hiring processes. Experience assessing CVs, Linked In profiles, and project portfolios against specific role requirements. Excellent communication and coaching skills, including the ability to give honest, specific, actionable feedback. An understanding of the challenges international candidates face when presenting their experience and pursuing opportunities across markets. What you will do: • Help participants identify realistic target roles based on their capabilities, experience, and goals.• Teach them to translate technical projects into evidence of contribution, judgment, and results.• Guide CV, Linked In, and portfolio positioning for AI, cybersecurity, and Dev Ops opportunities.• Help participants interpret job descriptions, distinguish essential requirements, and develop focused application strategies.• Coach professional networking, recruiter outreach, and behavioral interview preparation.• Help participants explain career transitions, experience gaps, and their individual contribution to team projects.• Coordinate with industry experts and communication specialists so participants present a consistent, credible professional profile.
