Role Description:
The Marketing + Lead Gen owner to run brand/creative strategy and pipeline-generation tooling — feeding qualified leads to our sales team while making sure creative quality never takes a back seat to pipeline metrics. You'll set up and run our CRM and prospecting tools, own our content and brand voice (in partnership with our outside graphic designer, who handles execution), and use AI tools for volume and first drafts — while final creative direction stays yours.
