Primary duties include:
Assist customers over the phone with their electronic service needs Basic troubleshooting & tech support for consumer electronics Process returns & exchanges Create service tickets to document customers' needs & dispatch service techs to customers' homes Assist customers with purchasing accessories, replacement parts & carry in repairs
Job Requirements:
