Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rula Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote, insurance-based psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth. As an independent clinician, you’ll complete biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. You’ll document in our EHR, coordinate care with other providers, and conduct timely risk and safety assessments. Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses Develop, implement, and regularly update collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHR Perform risk assessments, safety planning, and appropriate crisis interventions Coordinate care and communicate with primary care, psychiatry, and other providers as needed Follow ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements for remote behavioral health Leverage Rula’s technology and workflows to manage caseload and scheduling efficiently Participate in case consultation, training, or quality initiatives as requested Contribute to Rula’s mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Telehealth platforms and workflows Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Treatment planning and care coordination Risk assessment and crisis intervention Knowledge of insurance and billing requirements Suicide and safety planning Outcome measurement and progress monitoring Cultural humility and trauma-informed care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active LCSW or LCSW-C license in applicable state(s) Eligibility to independently bill insurance panels Telehealth competency and HIPAA compliance training
