Immunization Lead RN/LPN — Vaccine Program Leader

Scott County Health System seeks a Clinic Nurse & Immunization Lead (RN/LPN) to oversee immunization services and support clinic workflows in a patient‑centered setting. You will administer vaccines, coordinate vaccine programs, and ensure compliant documentation and billing across EMR systems. You will partner with providers, staff, and external partners to improve vaccination rates and preventive health outcomes in the community. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with regular clinic operations.
