Job Title Attached to the Marketing Department, within the Rivadouce Marketing Service, we are looking for our future Senior Product Manager to lead and develop our ranges for the Grand Age. You will play a key role in defining the product strategy of these ranges, ensuring their coherence and performance across all of our distribution networks - B to B, B to C, and Pharmacy. Your main duties: Study and analyze the market Conduct marketing surveillance to follow the trends of the competition and markets Collect and exploit field information on customer needs (BtoB, BtoC) Conduct studies on your market Animate and pilot the product portfolio Develop product offer recommendations (product life cycle, positioning, pricing, range coherence) according to the commercialization strategy Establish, update, and source the 3-year product plan Pilot annual innovation objectives, from launch to end of product life Monitor sales and analyze product performance (costs, margin) Contribute to sales forecasts by product reference Collaborate closely with the Lipidermage range activation manager to ensure the operational deployment of the product strategy Define and pilot product training tools Build the storytelling of the products Develop and update product training Participate in the training of teams You will work closely with sales teams, industrial teams, as well as our partners and suppliers. The Profile We Are Looking ForEducation & experience: Graduated from a Bac +5, you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and development of dermo-cosmetic products, ideally acquired in the pharmacy circuit. A good level of English is required. Soft skills: Sense of results, analytical mind, creativity, rigor, efficiency, and strength of proposal.
