Analyze statements such as tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, leases, appraisals, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money Mentor Credit Analyst on team Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CREDIT ANALYST II:Bachelors degree; Finance, Accounting, Business; or related field Associate degree is welcomed 2+ Years of financial analysis or financial services/credit experience Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate communication skills.
