Apply for this role →LAN Support Technician 4 The Client is seeking a Network Systems Analysts to work on a Client Automation support team. The selected individuals will have the opportunity to support Microsoft Windows 7 clients in an Active Directory environment.
Summary:
Typical duties will involve desktop PC replacements and new system rollouts, end-user problem resolution, iOS device support, and general helpdesk responsibilities. The candidate will additionally be tasked to support Audio Visual work for the Directors Office. Other duties include updating systems documentation, equipment moves, and other duties as assigned. Experience with MS Office 2010 and up, MS Windows 7 and up, Windows Imaging using SCCM, Windows Server 2008, System Center Configuration Manager, Citrix, VB Scripting, and Apple iOS/iPad a must.
Note:
Some travel to satellite offices in Trenton will be necessary. Travel is not reimbursable. 2-year college degree or equivalent technical experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
MS Office 2010 Microsoft Windows 7 Windows Imaging using SCCMWindows Server 2008 System Center Configuration Manager Citrix Xen AppVB Scripting Group Policy Objects Apple iOS/iPad Desktop troubleshooting, helpdesk support, software deployments and audio visual support.
