About the Role: Our client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer / Lead Salesforce Developer to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team supporting a large-scale Salesforce CRM platform. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Salesforce professional who enjoys both hands-on development and technical leadership. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce development, experience working with large data volumes, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Triggers. Develop and support REST API integrations with internal and external systems. Optimize Salesforce applications to efficiently handle large data volumes and high transaction volumes. Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture. Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. Mentor and support junior developers. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications: Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience. Banking or financial services industry experience. Java development background. Experience with Jira and Bitbucket. Salesforce certifications are a plus. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
