Luxury Menswear Clothier

Role Description: The Luxury Menswear Clothier is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, the clothier provides personalized wardrobe consultation, assists clients in selecting suits and menswear, and ensures proper measurements and fittings for tailored garments. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, explaining fabric and styling options, coordinating alterations, and maintaining a polished, organized sales floor. The clothier also manages client appointments, supports sales transactions, updates client profiles, and contributes to visual merchandising and inventory presentation. Collaboration with the tailoring team and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service are central to this position.

Qualifications: Strong luxury retail or menswear sales skills, including client engagement, relationship building, and consultative selling. Knowledge of fine tailoring, measurements, fit, and garment construction for suits and high-end menswear. Understanding of fabrics, European and Italian styles, current menswear trends, and wardrobe coordination. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with a professional and courteous manner. Attention to detail in fittings, styling, merchandising, and store presentation. Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or evenings as needed, and stand for extended periods. Prior experience in luxury fashion, bespoke tailoring, or high-end retail strongly preferred. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and client record management; comfort with email and scheduling tools. High level of personal presentation and style consistent with a luxury menswear environment. Reliable transportation to Boca Raton, FL, and authorization to work in the United States.
