As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you'll provide expert anesthesia care while partnering with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.
What You'll Do:
As a CRNA, you'll provide comprehensive anesthesia services while serving as a trusted clinical expert and advocate for patient safety.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
- Develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, procedural, diagnostic, and obstetrical services
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery phases
- Manage airways and provide advanced life support interventions
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procedural teams
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support evidence-based anesthesia practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes
- What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Current CRNA licensure and certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred Qualities
- Prior anesthesia experience in a hospital setting
- Strong collaborative mindset

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures
- Ability to perform advanced clinical interventions
- Ability to respond rapidly during emergencies
- Ability to maneuver equipment and assist with patient positioning
- Education, Certifications & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ongoing credentialing and continuing education requirements
