Responsible for managing Request and Project works as assigned.

Education: And Credentials AA/AAS required. BA/BS preferred. Experience 10+ years of experience in providing technical support relevant to job duties. Required if incumbent lacks Bachelors degree. 8 years of experience in Significant analytical troubleshooting techniques in desktop and network problem management including operating systems, telephony, cable and Wi-Fi and ability to document and share findings required. 2 Relevant Certifications (Avaya, Microsoft, Project Management, Cisco) Working Conditions Essential: Weight Requirement - Light (up to 20 lbs) Standard Hours Bi-Weekly :75.00 Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes On Call Required :Yes With Rotation: Yes Scheduled Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Work Arrangement : Onsite Requisition ID# : 25713 Pay Frequency : Bi-Weekly Salary Range: $36.41 -$50.06 Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
