Outpatient focus with hospital consults on call; 1:3 weekends; some weeknights and vacation call; telemedicine for acute stroke; hospitalist/ER coverage overnight. Vacation: 29 PTO days (4 weeks) plus holidays; CME/books up to $5,000; 457b plan with IRS deferral; 403b with company match; moving expenses up
