Guest Reservations & Concierge Specialist

Viejas is seeking a Guest Services/Reservations Agent to handle guest calls, describe rooms and rates, and enter bookings into the central reservation system. You will manage room inventory and assist with waitlists while delivering excellent guest service. The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in guest service, ability to type 35 WPM, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with a busy hospitality environment and team collaboration.
